About the event
The Emmitt Sisters are a pair of sisters, Sara and Samantha Emmitt, based in Boulder / the mountains outside Boulder, Colorado. Their music draws from folk, Americana, soul, funk, and spiritual / healing traditions.
They released an album titled Moon Over Mountains in 2018. Their songs emphasize strong vocal harmonies, poetic lyrics, connection to nature (especially the Rocky Mountains), and themes of healing.
